3. What buckmi Does

buckmi provides free profile pages that link to your payment methods. We are a directory of links — we do not process, hold, or facilitate payments of any kind. Transactions happen entirely on the third-party platform you link to.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish on your buckmi profile and for any links you share. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

• Do not use buckmi for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.
• Do not post content that infringes on others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service.

5. Account & Security

6. Premium Handles

Some handles are premium and may require a one‑time payment to claim. Premium handle availability is limited and may change over time. If you change away from a premium handle, you may lose access to it and may need to pay again to reclaim it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

buckmi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, buckmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
